Neil Holloway has been working in ELT for 20 years, firstly as a teacher in Russia, Italy, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and South Korea for 13 years before I moved into publishing. I joined Cambridge University Press in 2008 and have worked exclusively on exam materials since 2012. I have been responsible for commissioning and editing several exam titles including the Official Cambridge Guide to IELTS.

He was also an IELTS Examiner for 12 years, so have seen IELTS from the point of view of preparing published materials, as an examiner and as a teacher preparing students.
