He is Fellow of both the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences and of the Royal Society of Canada. His books include Postcolonialism: Theory, Practice or Process, Calibrations: Reading for the Social, and Aesthetic Nervousness: Disability and the Crisis of Representation.
