Research-informed syllabus
The language in the course is informed by our unique multi-billion-word language database, the Cambridge English Corpus, which includes formal, informal, written and spoken language. It also includes the Cambridge Learner Corpus, a unique collection of exam scripts written by students taking Cambridge English exams all over the world.

The rigorous validation process involved over 35,000 trials in 43 countries to ensure that all tests are accurate, meaningful and fair.
Mid- and end-of-course CEFR reports
Skills-based mid- and end-of-course tests are also included. Learners are provided with a unique CEFR report which reliably benchmarks their level in each of the four skills, and provides clear evidence of progress made during the course.
