Teaching and learning from home

Supporting teaching during school closure

We have created a collection of free worksheets, digital resources, tips and support to help you during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Whether you are looking for primary or secondary materials, we have something for all ages.

Primary

Primary Digital Classroom trials

Find out how Digital Classroom can be used to support remote learning and request your free trial on Elevate. Resources are available for Cambridge Global English, Cambridge Primary English, Cambridge Primary Science and Cambridge Reading Adventures.

Handwriting videos from Penpals

These videos will get your learners ready for handwriting. Ideal for children aged 3-6 they include exercises to get them ready to write, along with upper and lower case letter animations to help them get their letter formations just right. Share these videos with your learners and get them ready for writing.

Primary worksheets

We have created free packs of worksheets that children aged 5-11 can complete at home with help from an adult. The packs contain science, English and maths activities that will have students occupied for hours – sorting, questioning, playing, and most importantly, learning.

How to teach remotely with Global English

We have created a practical guide on how you can use the Global English Learner's Books to support your online classes. From live lessons online to individual self-access study, our guide is filled with tips to keep your learners engaged.
