Without reference elsewhere it is impossible for the map's users to be sure whether the Tranvpara stretch follows, or precedes, that of Astibo. This is another instance (compare the upper route from Ernagina in 1B5) where the mapmaker reveals that he has too many names and figures to fit along the length of route he has assigned. In these instances at least (unlike elsewhere perhaps, for all we can tell), he prefers to cram in names and figures rather than simply omitting them. Note that the challenge of fitting names and figures neatly is overcome with greater deftness on the nearby Naisso-Ratiaris route (6A4-6A5).
