      <lb/>ItMiller 140 reads the letters as two names, not one (for the Avci, see BAtlas 25 E4). It is true that the "S" is separated from "AVCI" by the larger "N" of [AQV]ITANIA; otherwise, however, there is no explicit indication that two names are meant rather than just one.</p>
