   <p id="placenote1003">"Ins." is no more than a blur. Personal inspection of the parchment (March 2003) confirms the initial "S" of the name, and (probably, with Miller) the final "a". All the intermediate letters are very uncertain; just possibly "m" (rather than "n") precedes the final "a", and the entire name could conceivably be read as "Stevma".</p>
