   <p id="placenote1018">This name has a very curious formation. The placement for each of its letters was evidently marked out first in red (by a stroke in at least two cases, or by a small blob). Then the letters themselves were added above in black, and in no more than a preliminary way for the first "C" and the first "A". Seemingly, there has been no attempt to remove or conceal the red applied first.</p>
