   <p id="placenote1033">After personal inspection of the parchment (March 2003), I read the name with much less confidence than Miller. I see no trace of "Ins." preceding it. Immediately above the name is a hole in the parchment. A tear from it interrupts the name after the first "i" and removes two letters, or maybe just one.</p>
