Arsinoe can be an alternate name for Clysma (BAtlas 74 H5). If they are to be regarded as one and the same place here, then the confusion outlined in the notes under Babylonia is only compounded; but it seems that the name Arsinoe is attested elsewhere in the Delta region too (BAtlas Map 74 Unlocated Toponyms).
