Frankfurt Book Fair 2020

Cambridge University Press dates from 1534 and is part of the University of Cambridge. We play a global role in education and research and share the University’s mission to contribute to society through our work, whether that's by providing resources to support researchers, teachers, and learners through the COVID-19 pandemic, freely sharing literature that explores the intertwining concepts of race and power on a global scale, or aiming to become a leader in environmental sustainability.

You can learn more about our publishing across English Language Learning and Education and explore our latest news and developments below.

Join us for our virtual panel October 14th

We're taking on the challenge of becoming a carbon-neutral publisher, working alongside our sister Cambridge Assessment, and parent, Cambridge University. This is a massive challenge for everyone, and we as a publisher can make an impact, by not only leading with research and publications but also by looking at our supply chains and manufacturing processes, to enable our impact to align with the scientific targets set for the world.

On the heels of winning the inaugural Sustainability Award at this year’s UK Independent Publishing Awards for our efforts, join us on October 14th at 1pm BST to learn more about how we're doing it with this short presentation followed by a panel discussion coinciding with the Frankfurt Book Fair.

View all of our upcoming virtual events, including webinars on publishing Open Access and the evolution of early research and collaboration, here.
