CD-ROM and DVD-ROM Distributor Information
Important Notice
CD-ROM/DVD-ROM installation update required.
We have discovered an error during installation of CD-ROM and DVD-ROM products. Upon installation, our customers may have received the following error message:
"Sorry, an error has occurred. The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author"
To resolve this problem the customer is required to download an updated installation software. The relevant guides and information can be downloaded below.

As part of this process the customer must download an installer file to their desktop. The specific file is listed below under the relevant level.
(Please note that if a file which is not for the appropriate level is used, then the installation will not work).
