Abstract

With the Redux Sustainability Award, ALPSP, in partnership with Cambridge University Press, seeks to recognise some of the innovative enterprises developed by publishers to support and drive the pace of change and journey towards achieving sustainable development globally. Applications were invited for any new initiative, publication, product or project which is aimed at addressing one or more of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals or the broader concept of Sustainable Development Goals. The judging panel shortlisted the following applications: The SDG Pathfinder, The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD); Bristol University Press and its imprint, Policy Press; and Sustainable Development Goals Online, Taylor & Francis. In this video, Mandy Hill (Managing Director of Academic Publishing, Cambridge University Press and award judge) discusses the three finalist’s submissions and announces the ultimate winner of the award for 2020.
