Case Study on the sports Facilities: Naharpur Public Secondary School and Glory English Private Secondary School of Butwal Sub -Metropolitan City.

Abstract

There are 95 Schools in the Butwal Sub-Metro Politian city. Private schools have found less land occupancy and Public schools is having comparatively more land for sports. 81 percent viewed sports could be developed as a career for the students. Sports administration is well structured in the school system. The students and teachers are also divided into houses. In the indoor game, chase, and table tennis were found more attractive to the students, and volleyball in the public school. 63.3 viewed a lack of adequate sports facilities in the school. The schools need to prepare a sports development strategic plan with an action plan with a financing mechanism. Schools should have a close link with LGs. Gymnastic sports should be implemented in all schools and they should be trained properly from the early grades. School should prepare adequate sports facilities in order to develop the all-round personality of the students.
