Make one copy of Talking point 15 for every student.

  1. Give each student a handout. Have students fill in the Me column with their own information. Students should list information for each category in the left column for when they were younger (Then) and for the present (Now).
  2. Have students form groups of three. In their groups, tell students to take turns interviewing one another, writing the information in the appropriate columns in their charts. Elicit questions students can ask, for example: When you were younger, who was your best friend?
  3. When students have finished, ask for any interesting information they discovered.
