Miller's reading of the name seems too bold. Only the final letter, "a", is clear. What remains of the first letter could equally be part of "G" rather than "C". Note that this island, and the one to the right below (#16), are both colored red.

As Miller suggests, an alternative identification for the island is Caprasia (BAtlas 41 B3).
