Omission of the river name could be a copyist's oversight; its placement at the source would present no difficulty (compare rivers #90 and 91).

If the conjecture (ItMiller 599) that unnamed river #67 is either the Haliakmon or the Axios be accepted, then it is logical to identify river #89 as the Strymon. Uncertainty must remain, however.
