She is passionate about social impact, innovation, and development. Thelma has in-depth experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to solve complex, high-stakes challenges. She has worked in various roles, including managing strategy and partnerships, leading projects, and developing and driving business development and sustainability efforts. She now leads partnership engagement with governments, philanthropic organizations, INGOs and bi-lateral and multi-lateral institutions in Sub-Saharan Africa in a bid to support the implementation and scale of education reform initiatives.
