If you need to reset your Cambridge Core user account password please follow the instructions below.

1. Enter your e-mail address on the ‘Registered email’ box
2. Click Send Email
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
4. If you do not receive an email within 1 hour please check your junk/spam box in your email client.

Can I log in to Multimedia Fluid Mechanics Online with my Cambridge Core account?

How do I access content available to my University or other organisation?
Your Organisation or Institution may have access to Multimedia Fluid Mechanics Online. If they have then you can access content using a variety of access methods available. Depending on what configuration your Organisation's or Institution's has provided to us the access methods may vary. We always recommend contacting your librarian first to check the preferred access method for your organisation/institution.
Accessing Via IP Address
1. If your Organisation or Institution has enabled IP Address access and you are accessing at the correct location then the contentour Organisation or Institution's content will be available.
2. You can verify you have access by hovering your mouse over the ‘Access provided by’ next to the Help / Account icon at the top of the screen.
Accessing Via Institutional Log In
Institutional Log In allows you to log in using your Organisation or Institution's account. If your organisation has not requested their account to be configured to use Institutional Log In then this log in method will result in an error.
1. Click on the Log In button
2. Click the Login Options page select Log In via Shibboleth or Athens button
3. On the Select An identify Provider page either select your Organisation / Institution from the list and click Select. You can also use the Search box to locate your organisation and select from the results
4. You will be taken to your Organisation login page. Log in with your username and password as provided by your Organisation or Institution
5. Once you log in you will be returned to Multimedia Fluid Mechanics Online
6. You can verify you have access by hovering your mouse over the ‘Access provided by’ next to the Help / Account icon at the top of the screen.
How can I access the website off campus?
Follow the login journey and select logging in with your institutional details via Shibboleth or Athens, as described in the above FAQ.

How do I configure IP access for my organisation?
You can review your IP addresses by following the steps below.
1. Log-In to Multimedia Fluid Mechanics Online using your username and password.
2.Hover over the account icon and click on My Account in the drop menu
3.Under Organisation Home on the left hand side select Access and Authentication
4.You will see your organisation's IP addresses listed under the IP Addresses tab. You will see Authorised IP Addresses and Blocked IP Addresses
5.To make changes to IP addresses please submit a diagnostics form to our Technical Support Team.
