CATALOGUE OF THE SWAINE TYPES OF SCOLYTIDAE (COLEOPTERA) WITH DESIGNATIONS OF LECTOTYPES

Abstract

The types of the species of North American Scolytidae (Coleoptera) described by J. M. Swaine are catalogued. Holotypes of 62 species are listed and 48 lectotypes are selected. All types, with a few noted exceptions, are in the Canadian National Collection, Ottawa.
