[Five agreements concerning cooperative projects on research and development in the field of coal technology were signed in Paris , November 20, 1975. In a d ditiont othat reproduced here , the other four are entitled : Implementing Agreement for the Establishment of the Economic Assessment S ervice for Coal, Implementing Agreement for the Establishment of the Mining Technology Clearing House Service , Implementing Agreement for the Establishment of the World Coal Resources and Reserves Data Bank Service , and Implementing Agreement for the Establishment of a Project on the Fluidised Combustion of Coal. These agreements are available in the L ibrary of the American Society of International Law. [The Agreement on an International Energy Program, done at Paris, November 18, 1974, appears at 14 I.L.M. 1 (1975).]
