LA RICOSTRUZIONE ISTITUZIONALE DELLA GERMANIA ORIENTALE

Introduzione

Lo sviluppo della Germania orientale comunista è stato contrassegnato da trasformazioni sociali e istituzionali per vari aspetti piò radicali di quelle avvenute in altri paesi dell'Europa orientale. Analogamente, anche l'attuale ricostruzione delle istituzioni democratiche e capitalistiche è contrassegnata da mutamenti radicali. è utile così riassumere alcune di queste caratteristiche se vogliamo mettere a confronto i processi che avvengono in Germania orientale con il resto dei paesi già appartenenti al campo del «socialismo reale».
