1 If in the Netti-Atthakathā (see the edition of the Netti for the Pāli Text Society, p. 252) there is said, “Īhābhāvato nissattanijjīvaṭṭhena dhammā,” the first word seems to imply activity as entering into the meaning of dhamma.
