How to Evaluate and Score an Objective Placement Test

Use the answer key to score the appropriate version of the Objective Placement Test.
To request an answer key, send your contact information to teachersupport@cambridge.org.

Determine final placement by combining the scores of the Objective Placement Test, the Oral Placement Test, and the Written Placement Test.

If only the Objective Placement Test is given:
Although it is not advised, there may be times when only the Objective Placement Test can be given. In this case, score the tests using the answer key, then use the chart below to determine the appropriate level of Connect for students.
