Abstract
We report here all amino acid residue mutations present among the proteins in 22 Indian isolates of the human SARS CoV-2 complete genomes analyzed from the public repository of the NCBI databank. The isolates analysed are from 4 States of India and the reference complete genome corresponds to the first isolated SARS CoV-2 genome from Wuhan-Hu-1, China, epicenter of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
The 44 distinct mutations identified add to our growing knowledge on the emerging virus mutations in the global context.
