Abstract

The GW4 Alliance brings together the universities of Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter. We are the only research alliance collaborating across England and Wales, benefiting from the context of devolved administration perspectives and giving us a unique position in applying world-leading water research to policy implementation across different industry, governance and healthcare systems. Our GW4 Chair will host a 75-minute panel on research which makes use of the geographical resource our Alliance has in abundance: water. With three brief, engaging, presentations from each panelist, the session will continue to consider how regionally based research can drive international progress. The panel will reflect on their direct experience, inviting audience questions throughout.
