Abstract
Lorentz transformations are applied to the isotropic Schwarzschild metric. The change in the flow of time obtained from the geodetic equations is consistent with the annual fluctuations in the frequency of the signal from Pioneer 10.
1. References to literature [1] and their order have been clarified.
2. Added dates of Pioneer 10's location at distances for which the amplitude of annual fluctuations in the frequency of the received signal was estimated.
