Abstract
A first-principles cosmological model that reinterprets the KBC supervoid as a cosmic engulfment site, the Great Attractor as an undigested alien singularity core, and ultra-high-energy cosmic rays as chaotic energy fragments that pierced the Rule-Wall. No inflaton or dark-energy particles required. Paper archived on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19899832).

(Meta-State Cosmological Model)v0.2
Description
The Meta-State Cosmological Model (v0.2.1) is a first-principles cosmological framework. Starting from two direct observational facts—the universe is ordered and the universe is full—the model deduces, through eight logical steps, an alternative paradigm to the standard ΛCDM model. It proposes a pre-cosmic duality of "Ji-Kong" and "Ji-You," whose interaction generates a Chaotic Void. Within this void, a Singularity condenses and erupts into a "Rule-Wall"—a spherical conversion front that transforms external chaotic energy into internal ordered mass-energy, driving cosmic expansion. The Rule-Wall's billion-year voyage through the Chaotic Void unifies diverse observations: the KBC supervoid as a cosmic engulfment site, the Great Attractor as an undigested alien Singularity core, and ultra-high-energy cosmic rays as chaotic energy fragments that breached the Rule-Wall. The model introduces no inflaton, dark-energy particles, extra dimensions, or arbitrary initial conditions. The complete paper is publicly archived on Zenodo and Figshare.
