Abstract

Ordinarily, on a daily basis, we should focus on human virtues and discuss the qualities that make a woman and a man mature. These feelings arise from the encounter between the ideas the Mind assimilates from the Physical and the emotionality of primal instincts. In Time, instincts are Desire and Disgust, which spread a wide variety of wishes and rejections over the many ideas, favored by Vivacity but organized into projects by the Will. Just as movements begin and end, last long or short, are dynamic or less, so too can Ego initiate many movements through its own initiative, Enterprise, and moderate them with Patience, express them with Perseverance and Agility or not; with others it can collaborate expressing Command or Obedience. Thus, observing the phenomena of Time, many ideas are assimilated and organized in the Mind, onto which emotional states are projected, which become fixed in feelings embedded in psychic figures that are Ego and every Other. Extroverted or introverted instincts and feelings into maturity are balanced by the virtues of Temperance, Phlegm, Self-control, Imperturbability.
