Protecting our systems

We implemented additional measures in August to protect our systems in response to a cybersecurity incident. We apologise for the temporary disruption this caused while we took some systems offline.

We worked with partners including the UK's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) to respond to the incident.

Many of our services remained online and others have been returning rapidly.

We will continue to share regular updates with those affected by any temporary disruption.
