Caroline Marie Jordan
Caroline is Joint Head of Teacher Professional Development at Partnership for Education. She shapes the strategic direction of the Cambridge's work to support teachers and ensures the high-quality delivery of professional development programmes, guiding projects from early design at proposal stage through to implementation in diverse contexts.
Caroline has over a decade of experience supporting governments to strengthen education systems, with a focus on building safe and inclusive schools. She has worked with a range of partners, including Ministries of Education, FCDO, and UNICEF, to support reforms and strategies across low-and-middle income countries.
