Demonstrating the strength and reliability of your assessment processes is key to building trust and credibility with your education stakeholders. We will work with you to continuously strengthen your assessment management capabilities through ongoing appraisal and audit of your processes. Our range of activities includes syllabus development, question paper review, marking process assistance, standard setting guidance, operational support, targeted training, and comparability studies. We will conduct a deep analysis in the first year, followed by annual sampling to ensure standards are maintained. 

After each successful annual audit, we will issue a letter confirming that the processes governing the management of your qualification meet our quality standards. This letter recognises your capabilities and reassures stakeholders of your competence in managing assessments, reinforcing your reputation as a trusted awarding body.
