Cate Giddens is an Education Advisor, working with governments and partners to design and deliver education reform initiatives across a range of contexts, including in Latin America & The Caribbean, Europe, and Central Asia.
Bringing expertise in social research and partnership management, she collaborates closely with ministry teams to support the development and implementation of programmes that strengthen education systems.
