Nadine Tarazi

Nadine Tarazi has worked for Cambridge for the past seven years and is currently the United Arab Emirates Country Manager at Partnership for Education, bringing over 25 years of experience in the education sector. She has a strong background in leadership, change management, and capacity building, having worked extensively with governments and education authorities across the Middle East.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Nadine has held roles as a Teacher, Trainer, and School Principal, where she developed a deep commitment to supporting teachers and implementing whole-school mentoring programmes. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, she has led numerous workshops on topics such as organisational change, exemplary leadership practices, student achievement, and innovative classroom strategies, including the flipped classroom approach.
