Shopping on Cambridge.org
Cambridge.org places thousands of Cambridge products at your fingertips. Simply browse our website for the products you want and add them to your bag. Once you are happy with your bag, you can proceed to checkout.
You can choose to sign in and checkout, or to check out as guest. If you do not already have a Cambridge account, you can create one in a few easy steps. If you already have a Cambridge GO account, you can log in at the checkout using those login credentials. New accounts created on Cambridge.org can be used to access your digital resources on Cambridge GO.
Once you have signed in, you will be asked to confirm your order and proceed to the checkout.
Once you confirm your delivery address, the delivery costs for your order will be confirmed. If your order includes only products from our Educational resources for schools range, free delivery is offered within Australia. See Delivery, Cancelling Your Order & Returns Policy for more information. Add your billing details and a phone number to proceed to secure payment via our trusted payment partner. Once your credit or debit card payment is authorised, your order is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. You will also receive an email with your invoice when your order is dispatched - this is your proof of purchase.
Pre-order and temporarily unavailable items
You can purchase both pre-order items (titles not yet published) and temporarily unavailable items (published titles currently out of stock) on Cambridge.org. Simply add these items to your bag and proceed through checkout and payment as usual.
Adding a pre-order or temporarily unavailable item to your Bag won’t delay the dispatch of any in-stock items you’ve also purchased.
You’ll only be charged for pre-order or temporarily unavailable items once they’ve been dispatched.
Secure payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Your card details are entered directly into our secure payment gateway and are never stored or visible to us. Our checkout process complies with the strict security standards required by HSBC Bank Australia Limited.
As part of the payment process, our gateway sends a query to the bank that issued your card. If the transaction is approved, an authorisation for the amount is placed on your account. While your order is being processed, this may appear as a pending transaction on your card statement.
Your card will only be charged once your order is dispatched. If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries, you’ll be charged in smaller instalments but never more than the total authorised amount.
Pricing & GST
RRP prices are provided in Australian dollars (or New Zealand dollars in NZ), inclusive of GST. Some academic ebooks are quoted in US dollars, but at checkout the price is converted to AUD or NZ dollars. Prices on this site are updated regularly but are subject to alteration without notice.
Please note New Zealand transactions may incur a foreign transaction fee, not included in the final price listed but will appear on your credit card statement. This charge is made by your credit card provider, not by Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
Pacific Island regions and Papua New Guinea
To place an order from these regions please contact our Customer Service team at +61 3 8671 1400 or email us at enquiries@cambridge.edu.au. Product pricing is listed in AUD and excludes GST. Please note that special delivery charges will apply.
Cancelling your order
Orders may be cancelled provided the items have not yet been shipped from our local warehouse. Digital products, electronic media and items shipped directly from our print partner are sold on a firm sale basis and are not eligible for cancellation.
To enquire about the status of your order and request a cancellation, please contact us at enquiries@cambridge.edu.au, quoting your order reference number and full order details. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone at +61 3 8671 1400, or via our toll-free numbers: 1800 005 210 (within Australia) and 0800 023 520 (within New Zealand).
Discounts and promo codes
You may be able to enter a discount or promo code at the checkout stage. Simply enter your code into the promo code field and hit "apply". If the promo code is valid, it will be applied to your order. Only one promo code can be added to each order. Where more than one promo code has been added, the code resulting in the biggest saving will be applied. If a time limited promo code has expired, it cannot be used.
