Please contact our customer services team to redeem your author discount code, which can be applied at the checkout.
Royalty statements and support
Royalty statements are issued twice a year via email during October and April.
For help in understanding your royalty statement, please read our guide below. If you would like to update your bank details, please complete our change notification form and our team will process your request.
