Summary
Otho(1237)
1. That all churches be hallowed within a year.
2. That nothing shall be required for the sacraments of the church, and that an order in confession must be observed.
3. Of baptism and the form of baptizing.
4. That nothing shall be required or received for penance enjoined.
5. Of the confession of prelates.
6. That unworthy be not promoted.
7. That dignities be not let to farm.
