1 29 Oct. Westminster. Concerning the fine of the earl of Gloucester for the marriage of his daughter. Order to Thomas of Cirencester that once he has caused 200 librates of the land formerly of W. earl of Devon to be extended, as the king more fully signifies to him by his other letters, he is to cause the king's stock and corn from the aforesaid lands, of which the earl of Gloucester will have use, to be valued by trustworthy and law-worthy men and to demise them to the earl by the same value, and to cause the king to know the value, because the earl has given him surety that he will render the said value to the king at the Exchequer of Hilary in the eleventh year.

3 [No date]. Concerning the fine of the earl of Gloucester for the marriage of his daughter. G. de Clare, earl of Gloucester, has made fine with the king by 2000 m. for marrying his first-born daughter to Baldwin, son of Baldwin de Redvers, son of William de Redvers, earl of Devon, and for having 200 librates of land in simple custody, without the castle, from the land formerly of the aforesaid W. earl of Devon until the aforesaid Baldwin comes of age, as is more fully contained in the Patent Roll.
4 3 Nov. Westminster. Concerning respite of a demand. Order to sheriff of Somerset to place in respite the demand he makes from William Brewer senior by summons of the Exchequer for the farm of Portsmouth and Alton from the time at which he was sheriff of Hampshire, until 15 days from Hilary in the eleventh year.
5 Concerning respite of a demand. It is written in the same manner to the sheriff of Hampshire, concerning the 10 m. that are exacted from him for Richard of Warnford.
