I was able to consult the vast majority of them (either the physical original or digital images thereof); nevertheless, there is no claim here to absolute completeness. Sources that were unconsultable, for whatever reason, are preceded in the list underneath the table with the symbol †; partially consultable sources are marked (†). Any additional sources that are cited in any of the printed literature listed above but that are not listed in this appendix should be deemed erroneous.

Voice parts correspond to those of Schöffer's anthology, unless otherwise stated.
