Knowledge Management in Law: a Look at Cultural Resistance

  • Elana Zeide and Jay Liebowitz

Knowledge management is still a difficult issue within law firms. One of the potential barriers to widespread adoption of knowledge management in law firms has been cited as cultural resistance. There were six factors that focused on elements of cultural resistance. This article, written by Elana Zeide and Jay Liebowitz, highlights the findings.
