Abstract

La tradicional conferencia de prensa anual del presidente del CICR, celebrada el 10 de enero de 1985 en la sede del Comité, nofue solamente la ocasion para hacer el balance habitual del año 1984 transcurrido, sino, sobre todo, el momento elegido por el CICR para hacer un « Llamamiento en favor de una movilizacion humanitaria ».
