Omnibus hoc scriptum uisuris uel audituris Herebertus de Chaury salutem et dilectionem. Noverit uniuersitas uestra me me relaxasse pro me et pro heredibus meis et quietum clamasse Osberto de puteo et Godefrido longo et Godefrido filio Rogeri et Willelmo Ruffo et Ricardo longo et Roberto filio Hereberti et Roberto filio Freben’ et Agneti filie Osberti et Willelmo filio Godefridi fabri et Willelmo filio Godefridi et Pagano forestario et Simoni de Purslea et Galfrido filio Radulfi et Johanni filio Simonis et Goldiue filie Willelmi hominibus meis et heredibus suis saluis seruiciis super quibus nulla suborta fuit contentio que michi de iure facere consueuerunt et de iure facere debent clamum quod aduersus ipsos habui in subscriptis articulis Scilicet quod quieti sunt [sic] de finibus michi dandis pro infantibus suis maritandis Et de prato meo falcando et de omnibus seruitiis ad id pertinentibus Et de busca mea sternenda et de omnibus seruitiis ad id pertinentibus Et de fimis meis cariandis et de omnibus seruitiis ad id pertinentibus Aruras etiam quas michi ab eis fieri exegi tribus seysonis anni scilicet in qualibet seysona per unum diem ad cibum suum facient michi ad cibum meum secundum liberum morem uille de Luiton’ si habeant unde arare possint Pro hac autem relaxatione et quieta clamatione mei et heredum meorum sibi et heredibus suis dederunt michi predicti homines mei pre manibus unam marcam argenti Et ex incremento redditus sui reddent annuatim michi et heredibus meis ipsi et heredes sui quatuor decim denarios ad duos terminos anni scilicet ad festum sancti Michaelis septem denarios et ad festum sancte Marie in Marcio septem denarios Quare ego et heredes mei sibi et heredibus suis istam relaxationem et quietam clamationem et confirmationem contra omnes gentes warantizabimus inperpetuum.
