I believe that the work required is within my area of expertise and I have the appropriate experience. I will be pleased to provide a report in this case subject to agreement as to my Terms and Conditions.

It does not appear that acceptance of the proposed instructions will involve me in any conflict of interest but I will inform you/the lead solicitors immediately if this subsequently appears to be so.
