Protecting our systems

We recently implemented additional measures to protect our systems in response to a cybersecurity incident. We apologise for the temporary disruption this has caused while some systems have been taken offline.

We have been working around the clock with partners including the UK's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) to respond to the incident.

Many of our services have been unaffected and the others are returning rapidly.

We will share further updates here if needed, and directly with those affected by temporary disruption.
