Luisa Edves

Luisa is currently leading on the South-East Asia and the Pacific region. Her main responsibility is to drive Education Reform programmes by forging partnerships with the regions’ Ministries of Education, major donor organisations and private sector organisations. Throughout the years, Luisa has gained extensive experience in international relations by working closely with high-level government representatives in the UK, the Gulf, Central Asia and South-East Asia. Luisa is originally from Romania and moved to the UK at just 19 years old to pursue a degree in Business and Finance at Cass Business School. She later discovered her passion for international development and completed a Master in Social Policy and Development from UCL. 

Luisa’s drive and motivation lays in developing and implementing processes of social change that can minimise the inequality gaps experienced by marginalised groups due to lack of resources and recognition.
