Part II - The Problem Solving Project
Summary
The Problem Solving Project
In this part we discuss the various aspects of a field problem solving project following the steps of the problem solving cycle: problem definition, analysis and diagnosis, solution design, change plan and intervention and, finally, evaluation. Note that this part is important not just for students who have to deal only with solving a business problem during their graduation project but also for students who follow the reflective redesign process, since field problem solving is an important part of this process as well.
