Take a glimpse into the world of piezotronics and piezo-phototronics in this new video abstract, based on the December 2018 MRS Bulletin theme issue.
Zhong Lin Wang, Georgia Institute of Technology, Wenzhuo Wu, Purdue University, and Christian Falconi, University of Rome Tor Vergata, serve as the guest editors for this issue. The video is based on research in piezotronics and piezo-phototronics, with third-generation semiconductors. You can read their introductory article in the MRS Bulletin issue with our compliments.
