Extended Cambridge Journals Archive now available throughout Russia

Another substantial section of the Cambridge Journals Digital Archive Complete Collection is now available online to all universities, research institutes, colleges and educational institutions in Russia.
The agreement covers recent backfiles of leading journals from across the complete list published by Cambridge and is in addition to the older archive purchased in 2011. The previous agreement was for content from 1770 until c.1996, the latest archive comprises journal backfiles from c.1997 until 2011.
Both national agreements were made possible by the generosity of the Russian Ministry of Education and the hard work of both our partners Neicon in Russia and our colleagues in Cambridge.
Could all librarians wishing to gain access to the archive please visit http://www.login.neicon.ru and click to accept the sub-licence. After accepting the licence you will be sent detailed instructions by Neicon. Please note that there is no financial obligation.
Еще одна существенная часть полного цифрового архива журналов Издательства Кембриджского университета стала теперь доступной онлайн для всех научно- исследовательских институтов, университетов, колледжей и других образовательных учреждений России.
Соглашение, охватывает «свежий» архив ведущих журналов по всем дисциплинам, входящим в кембриджский лист публикаций, и является дополнением к соглашению о приобретении «глубокого» архива, подписанному ранее, в 2011 году. Предыдущее соглашение предоставляло российским пользователям доступ к содержанию журналов за период с 1770 по 1996 год, новое – обеспечивает доступ к журнальному архиву c 1997 по 2011 год.
Заключение двух этих соглашений общенационального масштаба стало возможно благодаря щедрому финансированию Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации и совместным усилиям нашего партнера в России – национального консорциума НЕИКОН и сотрудников Издательства Кембриджского университета.
Для получения доступа к архиву, библиотекарям необходимо зайти на сайт http://www.login.neicon.ru и согласиться с условиями сублицензии. После принятия условий сублицензии Вы получите подробные инструкции от консорциума НЭИКОН. Обращаем Ваше внимание, что подписание сублицензии не влечет за собой никаких финансовых обязательств.
Archive Information
The Cambridge Journals Digital Archives available to Russia contain over 200 leading journal backfiles, comprising over 20,000 issues, over 630,000 issues and over 8 million linked references. All content has been scanned and digitized to a high level of quality from the original published material and reproduced as high-resolution, searchable PDFs. Article headers and references are created as HTML files to allow easy access to data and reference linking between articles. Archive title lists are available in KBART format to assist with administration, linking and article discovery.
