Access to papers from ICM 2018 prize-winning mathematicians
The biggest prizes in mathematics are awarded every four years at the International Congress of Mathematicians. In celebration of these esteemed award winners, we are pleased to offer access to a selection of journal papers and book chapters written by the Chern and Fields Medal winners.
The Chern Medal is awarded “to an individual whose accomplishments warrant the highest level of recognition for outstanding achievements in the field of mathematics.” The Fields Medal is awarded in recognition of oustanding mathematical achievement for existing work and for the promise of future achievement, and is often equated to the Nobel Prize for mathematics.
