New to Cambridge in 2024: Finance and Society

Cambridge University Press is pleased to announce that it will publish Finance and Society from January 2024, in partnership with the Finance and Society Network.

Finance and Society is a cross-disciplinary journal dedicated to interrogating the central role of finance in contemporary society. The journal fosters dialogue between established and emerging perspectives on finance and society, and it is committed to publishing the full range of theoretical and empirical research in this area. Finance and Society is fast establishing itself as the ‘go-to’ journal for anyone studying finance from outside of the narrow confines of conventional economics and finance theory.

Editor-in-Chief, Amin Samman, says: “We are delighted to be partnering with Cambridge University Press. Since launching in 2015, Finance and Society has provided an open access platform for innovative research on finance from across the social sciences and humanities.
